MonarchMethodCashFlowFixedExpenseSelection
The saved selection echoed by the set mutation: what counts, without recent spend.
The mutation only records the selection, so it returns the persisted category id set (no recent
spend or window). Read recent spend from the monarchMethodCashFlowFixedExpenseSettings query.
