ResetEmployeeAndSubscribe

Reset the current employee and create a fresh Stripe subscription with a 7-day trial.

Cancels any existing Stripe subscription, clears entitlements and subscription state, then creates a new subscription as if the user just signed up. Optionally applies a promo code.
