deleteForecastAccount

Delete a linked forecast account whose underlying Account has been soft-deleted.

Returns the refreshed scenario (with post-delete accounts cached) and the bumped accounts_version so the client stays in optimistic-lock sync, mirroring SaveForecastAccountsMutation. priority_rules_version is also bumped when the deleted account had rules (the service handles this); the returned scenario carries both versions via its category_versions resolver.
