Delete every V2 recurrence group (and its transaction links) for the current employee's own household (employee-only), returning the household to a clean re-detection state. Pair with detectRecurrenceGroups to re-run from scratch. Leaves V1 streams and any marked-not-recurring overrides untouched.

Delete the caller's household's V2 groups so detection re-runs from scratch (employee-only).

Deleting the groups is the whole reset: get_transactions_for_v2_recurrence_detection gates on recurrence_group_link__isnull=True, so a transaction only drops out of the detection input once it belongs to a group, and links cascade with their group. Detection keeps no state elsewhere — it rebuilds its window every run and detects with fresh=True.

Deliberately not gated on feat-recurring-v2: clearing stale groups off a household that was flagged back off is exactly what this exists for.
