setMonarchMethodAccountSettings

Update the Monarch Method settings for one or more of the current household's accounts.

Applied atomically: if any account is unknown, any purpose is invalid, or any interestRate is rejected, nothing is written. Note that interestRate is stored on the account itself, so it is absent from the returned settings; read it back from Account.interestRate.
